basic antae...start with cardio...thread mill or cycling.

weights to build ur biceps..start with 10lbs or 15lbs initial ga...inka repetations nee stamina meedha depend iyyi untadhi

actual ga pushups chala best...works ob biceps,chest n abs..!!

diet

mrning breakfast ki any boiled veggies...broccoli itae best fat burner..inka beans ina okay and egg whites n one glass Orange Juice

appice lo middle middle lo Green Tea

Lunch ki mostly aedo oka sandwich or salad..

nenu Evening ae GYM ki potha kabatti no snacks

after GYM nenu Whey Protein shake with water ae use chaeshta.

Dinner ki min chicken or lamb untadhi...!!
