High Court Finds Fault In ‘Denikaina Ready’

The Denikaina Ready movie team gets a big jolt a year after its release. The judgment on the movie was pronounced yesterday by Justice Nagarjuna Reddy’s Bench.[/size][/font][/color][color=#444444][font=Arial,][size=4]
Denikaina Ready was caught in a row from the day it was released in July last for its dialogues targeted at a community and hurting sentiments of the community. After hearing to the views of both parties (petitioners and the makers) and also after seeing the film the AP High Court pointed fault with the film. The Bench objected at presence of a couple of scenes and demanded the makers to remove them. The Bench warned Tollywood filmmakers to pay attention to sensitivity of the society and don’t hurt sentiments of community groups.[/size][/font][/color][color=#444444][font=Arial,][size=4]
The Bench even found fault with the way the censor board has been working and asked the board to pay attention to the sensitive issues of a film before it is cleared for public. Meanwhile, the petitioner from AP Brahmana Seva Sanga Samakhya, Dronamraju Ravi Kumar said that he is happy over the verdict and will go ahead and demand police to necessitate action in lieu of the HC judgment.[/size][/font][/color][color=#444444][font=Arial,][size=4]
