i don't think it cost much even if you go with out insurance
i suggest you contact few dentist thru phone and ask them for the price tag, based on that you can decide. usually it will be 600-700$.
i had it removed last yr btw

Insurance will cover only after waiting 6 to 8 months....depending on the company...if u want try them..
