contract ante, it works like this.
manaki visa apply chesina company. COS( Certificate OF Sponsorship) lo around 22 -26 k mana salary ani apply chestaru.
for example neeku per day 150 contract vachindi anuko, 150*22 =3300 roughly.
they will take 15% in that. 15% in 3300 is = 500
so remaining 3300-500 = 2800 lo
vaadu 26k (example) ki pay role run chestadu ante , you will get around 1700 after taxes. adi every month nee account lo deposit chestadu.

what ever excess is remaining ( 2800*12 = 33600-26000 = 7600 ), will be given in once every 3 months ( u should be in contract).

idi naku telisina process . most of my friends are following this.

chala mandi 20 -25% kuda tesukuntaru ani vinna
