yes man....my PS3 only displaying 480p resolution when using AV connectors that come with PS3... i tried to connect using HDMI cable from ps3 to tv to get more resolution but getting no signal.....so thinking if its a problem with the tv model...... can u try connecting tv with ur pc using hdmi..so tht u will know if its tv prob?

i checked connecting to laptop and its working fine dude..... then is it the problem of PS3...... i have 320 GB slim version.....
