you cant transfer before your h1 starts ....minimum two months pani cheyali patha employer tho

heard mixed opinions in this db.....search for old threads there are some people who said they were able to transfer their h1b before oct 1st....but im not sure how u can "transfer" a h1 when its not yet started.....unless the transferring company files a new cap based h1 which is out of scope for this year

u mean after h1 starts? i dont think so....after oct many of them transfer.....
