GC file chestappudu u need to sumbit all prevoius employers letters..no probs u change employers in short span. Make u sure u maintain good realtion. Although wait for any seniors responding on this thread.alr8s.

the only time I see a problem is... nuvvu future lo GC apply chesinappudu..... nuvvu 9089 lo employment history mention chestavu... appudu each employer nunchi letter vunte it supports your case.... nuvvu unique talent dedicated ani cheppadaniki... all may not be mandatory.... if you skip a couple of letters fine... but sample ga two letters pedite additional docu ani adugutaru.... ur lawyer shiould work hard to prove you are worth for a GC.....

another case.... already vachina GC PD ni port chesukovali.... PERM waive cheyyali ante ne job responsibilities some percent minchi maroddu... maraledu ani cheppadaniki ne past employer letter and current employer letter ni compare chestaru... appudu ne past employer ivvakapothe malli PERM apply cheyyali...

Thanks Bhayya. Naa case chepthanu vini konchem suggestion ivvandi. I have total 7.5 years of genuine experice in IT. 6.5 years worked for one big MNC (5 years in India and 1.5 years in US) and 1 year with another MNC (In US). This year end India ki vellii marriage chesukovali ani plan vundhi. But 2nd employer tho vunna H1 inko month lo expire avutundhi .For some reason ma team lo apply chesina andari extensions anni RFE padutunnayi. At the end every body is getting only one year extension. By the time they get approval 6 months are already passed. By considering all these i transferred my H1b to another vendor who promised me to do GC. New job lo cheri 2 weeks avutundhi. It is a product client. Work looks completely new to me and feeling very much stressed. Sudden ga maa employer/client emina shock isthe If things are not favor to me i neeed to look another job. This time consultant ga try cheddamu anukuntunna. Marriage ki mundu full time nundi consultant ga maaratam entha varaku correct? last one year nunchi i lost my mental piece. Please suggest me. I have experience letters from past two employers. previous employer gaadu extension apply chesetappudu SOW submit cheyatledhu in case of RFE then only they are submitting. Immigration team ela chepthe alane cheyali. Adhi naa control lo ledhu. Kontha mandhiki approve ayindhi kontha mandiki approve avaledhu. ika 3rd job ki vatshe i did interview very well. (3 rounds of interview). Job enter ayye varaku teleedhu kada bhayya ela vuntundho. GC chetshanu ani cheppadu. So i took the chance. Till now i have worked on services side, now working on product for the first time. Same situation repeat avakudadu ane consultatnt ga try chetshe ela vutundhi ani alochitshunna.
