Most of the companies that we see failing today is primarily because the leaders fail to adopt the response mode and react to the situation. One needs to understand that with the growing competition in the global market uncertainties are bound to happen. In such a scenario the ability to handle disturbance as mentioned above becomes one of the most important competencies.
