when WI board gave him OB certificate... I guess he shud have blamed his own board rather than IPL...........

agreed that country shud come first but when u have a chance of earning money most of them wud go.... also as ramiz raja said.. IPL shud be given a separate window where everyone can participate and BCCI shud pay for that separate window...............
