Might be your graphic driver is problem in laptop....connect another laptop to see that...

try changing the tv seating...like placing the books under the tv....or shake the tv a bit by rotating right to left or left to right.

its not brand...samsung, sony, panasonic all tvs have this problem......thats because bad ribbon cable connection, fuse shifter connection problem etc..
