Are there any one who can apply H1B (In-house project)with out client letter...

I know its a risk still I want to try..

My situation needs current H1B

Before had H1B change to H4....

I am here in USA on August 2010 on mechanical job worked until Sep2012 / change to H4 in Oct2012

I am looking for sponsorship for QA testing .....

So I can use my remaining H1B....

Please Guys just advice me where to approach................
