ImKM Posted July 6, 2013 Report Posted July 6, 2013 FY-2013 - 14, H1B starts from Oct 1st 2013 So by now, many petitions were approved and respective I 797 were sent to applicants My Ques here is, by when should we complete H1B interview and get stamping done? Are there any deadlines or can we go at what ever time we wish like Dec 2013/ Feb 2014 etc???? PS: This case is resembling a Indian techie whoz H1B was filed by his company

For 2013-14 H1B you need to attend interview before Oct 1st 2013 etc ???
