Req 1: ORACLE PL/SQL Developer
· Experience designing and developing substantial applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) on large Oracle databases (preferably over 1TB). [b]Experience with billing systems and workflows a distinct advantage[/b].
· Experience in performance tuning, application monitoring and support of production applications.
· Experience working with offshore teams preferred.
· Experience writing technical specifications for work to be performed by other developers.
· 3+ (SWE) or 7+ (Sr. SWE) years of overall IT/software development experience
· 2+ (SWE) or 5+ (Sr. SWE) years of recent and relevant experience as an Oracle developer or software engineer working on large-scale apps (ERP, CRM, etc.).
· Development experience in Oracle PL/SQL with good software methodology/practices. Good working knowledge of SQL Server preferred.
· Development experience in Unix Korn shell scripting.
· Experience in automotive marketing and/or CRM applications preferred.
· TFS experience preferred.
· Java experience helpful but not required.
Informatica experience helpful but not required.


Req 2: Senior QA Analyst
· Masters degree in computer science or technical discipline (physics, electrical engineering, etc.)

· At least 2 years of experience in a software development role using an Object Oriented language (C++, Java).

· Experience applying formal test development methodologies (for example model-based testing) to
[size=4] complex testing problems.[/size]
· Significant experience with automated testing tools, preferably Segue Silktest or QA Partner.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong teamwork skills
· Strong planning/scheduling skills [size=4]Demonstrated Technical Leadership skills[/size]

* Experience with networking and/or communications protocols, especially TCP/IP.
* Experience/Expertise with instant messaging applications and protocols.
* Experience/Expertise with streaming media applications and protocols.
* Experience with Microsoft Project
* Ability to read/interpret LAN protocol traces.
* Knowledge of various programming languages, including Java, Visual C++, Perl, Visual Basic, etc.
