Passport NY office reach ayyi one week avutundi. Next Status ela telustundi? leka passport pamina enni days ki stamp chesi malli mail chestaadu. return mail ki kooda nenu pay chesaanu, so vaadu post cheste naaku status telustundi... kaani enni days lo vaadu post chestaadu?

any ideas???? any one tried online for canada visa?

NY konchem late avutundi ba....online chesina, mail chesina same time padthadi....general ga 30 days padthadi.. if you go in person 2 or 4 days lo vastadi

i applied online on may 21st
got email from cic on june 12th to mail the passport
mailed the passport iwth return envelope on june 14th to NY consulate
Consulate mailed back my passport on frdiay june 21st from NY
i got it back on june 24th monday morning....


if u want to get back ur passport early mail it to la consulate as the volume is high in ny cons

I got my passport back with stamping.Here are details

June 13 -- I applied Online (submitted all documents what they needed)
June 28 -- Got an email saying to send passport
June 29 -- I sent my passport to NY office (In a flat rate envolope, i sent my passport and included another Flat rate envelope for returning my passport)
July 09 -- I got my passport to my home with canada stamp

FYI... I applied for visiting visa for multiple entry.
Purpose as Visiting friend. I got invitation letter from my frnd stating I have to visit him on July 15-25.

I got canada visa stamping with out my photo -- is this common or something missed??
I applied visa saying i have to visit July 15-25 with my frnds invitation letter, do i need to travel on July 15 or can i travel any date in the duration of visa?

I got 2 years validity visa -- canada visitng visa is only for 2 years or is it just depends on luck??

then its all luck... My visa expiring on Sep 2013 but i got canada visa till 2015.

I heard rules are tough now....

One more question, if we drive to canada, and while coming back we get again I94 status?

yes..i drove from seattle to vancouver and while returning they gave me new i94..usually drive lo velthe i94 tesukoru.to be safe side nuvvu kuda ivvaku..
