naaku konchem info kavali....nenu at present india lo unnanu...oka SW company start chesamu(me and my friend) oka 3 yrs back.....its running fine now....ippudu ee company lo naa share ammedhamani choosthunanu...naaku US vellalani undi....naa doubt enti ante ippudu ee company use chesukonu H-1B ki ela apply cheyali...oka vela seperate ga apply cheyali ante ela?

Na Edu Qual: BSC (Comp and Electronics)
MCA (Not Completed)
PG Diploma in UK (Project Complete avaledu)

and im married.

PS Naaku ee US Visa processing gurinchi 1% kooda telidu....

dude.. who are you selling share to ? how much are you valuing it ? its only after you resign from director position and get into any other position as an employee and then file H1.

then u cannot man.. approach any prime vendor in either USA or India and approach through your company. I.e. some manager on ur behalf.. then they may ask you to move to their company if they are going to sponsor your visa.. if u are ok with that and if they are willing ot apply, u get ur H1
