naadi ni situation ki sambandham ledu.. naku telsina vallavi chusanu kabatti cheppanu... my case is denied for employee- employer relationship.. No client letter ..

same case with me..my H1B denied due to university is non accredited(H1B filled in masters cap)

Is Motions To Reopen(MTR) will help? if yes.how much time it will take?

reach out your attorney or in murthy forum attrorney my friend had same situtaion they said ... chances of getting approval is next to nothing anta ... but it will your luck ani annadu

i already spoke to attorney.. Though I told him many times, he is telling stupid reason he thought chances of picking in lotto is more in case of masters....

my employer attoreny..thanu thellodu... either india vellamantunnadu or F1 ki vellamantunadu...thanu asalu friendly kaadu..communicative kadu..

Nenu ipudu vere attorney tho MTR file cheste..

1.Can I change my employer?

2. Can I change my status to F1 in Oct/Nov while my H1B MTR in processing?(My OPT is ends in Nov 2013)

3. Do I need to have CPT Job to file my H1B in April 2014? or any employer can sponser my H1B saying job will start from Oct 2014
