conflict: is difference of opinions- since you are not waging a physical war against the subordinate, in some cases the solution proposed is being opposed. In case of a conflict, I would try to explain the pros of the solution proposed, i will also try to understand the other persons solutions and if think that has con's i would clearly let the team know the impacts Being said that i will always vote for a solution which has a lesser impact and also avoid rework down the line for example: if a nightly job is needed to fetch 1000 records which will have an analysis done every 15 days for a health report and this would lead to a 1 hr downtime of systems impacting work timings. I will avoid this and take this a biweekly job to fetch the records at non work hours something like this will be a good answer PS: always defend your answer with ana example
if the requirement has been driven from a guy who is not worried about the technical aspects but has a stake in business functionality, he may not be able to provide you the JAVA comments so in these cases - the solution proposed may not work unless a intervention of Analysts is present

The way I like to handle it is by showing that you have studied a problem, decided on a solution, implemented the solution, measured the results, found that it didn’t solve the problem, and decided to abandon the project in favor of a stronger option. pinky123 Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013
Deniki kooda cheppandi vay 1. How do you define 'Success' from the expereience you gained from different projects you have done? 2. What are the challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
1. Success is a very subjective term and its definition varies for each individual. The definition of success also differs during various phases of a person's career. Based on my past experiences, I have learnt a lot technically and professionally. I believed I always had a very strong technical foundation which was offered by my education, but I have been able to gather much more nitty-gritty knowledge about how things are done in a professional workplace. Also, I am now a much better person professionally and can understand how to resolve conflicts, how not to succumb to peer pressure always, how to work in teams among many other things that I have learnt. So, I can say that I have tasted success from my previous projects. 2. A few examples of challenges: A long-term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I met with the customer and enhanced the existing delivery processes and was able to change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business. When the software development of our new product stalled, I coordinated the team which managed to get the schedule back on track. We were able to successfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the problems, within a very short period of time.
