1. Success is a very subjective term and its definition varies for each individual. The definition of success also differs during various phases of a person's career. Based on my past experiences, I have learnt a lot technically and professionally. I believed I always had a very strong technical foundation which was offered by my education, but I have been able to gather much more nitty-gritty knowledge about how things are done in a professional workplace. Also, I am now a much better person professionally and can understand how to resolve conflicts, how not to succumb to peer pressure always, how to work in teams among many other things that I have learnt. So, I can say that I have tasted success from my previous projects.

2. A few examples of challenges:

A long-term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I met with the customer and enhanced the existing delivery processes and was able to change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business.

When the software development of our new product stalled, I coordinated the team which managed to get the schedule back on track. We were able to successfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the problems, within a very short period of time.

appudu they might ask what is the guarantee you wont go back to your old profession when some other peers pressure you ani?

The way I like to handle it is by showing that you have studied a problem, decided on a solution, implemented the solution, measured the results, found that it didn’t solve the problem, and decided to abandon the project in favor of a stronger option.

idi koncham safe approach anipistundi
