if you are opt.. findout in these forum about websphere application server training and placement.. no worries if you don't know admin stuff.. at least you should lknow basic unix commands and little bit java..

Bayya...i'm expert in UNIX and Beginner in Java...training ante...it will take 15-20 days...but if i've any issues, i may need some immediate support kada...so asking for job support...i'll pay for the job support bayya...
