Previous stamp is also H4 and from India and previous stamp done on Jan 2011. her extension got approved. help please.

Not sure for h4 but i hope same rule applies for all type of visas... murthy forum lo post chey.. someone might respond...

[/quote] if the employer remains same as that of previous H1, and Primary applicant is same.. then you are eligible for drop box...H4 docs and passport.
