after i140 approval...seperate ga EAD ki apply cheyala ?

lekapothe i485 ki appy chesthe...automatic ga EAD vasthada .... ??

afaik, i140 approval taruvata you have to wait for your PD to become current after which you have to file for i-485.. i-485 file chesaka normally it takes about 90 days for EAD anukunta

Maa office lo collegue ki EB3 2005 PD...inka ippudu august edition lo EB3 india 2003 run avtundi...

kaani nadegara EAD already vundi ani chepthunadu...

vaala daughter ni US lo Medical Residency kosam join cheyali...so EAD tho manage chesthanu annadu...

its possible EB3 inthakamundhu 2007 varaki vachi malli back ki vellayi.......so athanu 2005 vachinappudu 485 file chesi untadu and its pending i guess....
