Nenu chemistry lo core lo job chesthunna 2 and half yrs nundi. last year april lo company vade H1B file chesadu, ee year feb lo india velli stamping attend ayyi marriage chesukoni vacha, Visa naku and my wife ki kuda approve ayindi, ee yr march 2 ki thirigi vacham.......On this monday I asked my manager to put me an hourly instead of salary (my salary is $58K, i work about 55 hrs week), I wanted to go on hourly because i can work more hours on shift so i can make more money since i got married and expences are very high. he said he will talk to higher management. Today at 4:30 i was pulled into his office and they said, i was fired. Vallu cheppina reason entante .......nenu chese position (lead chemist) avasaram ledhu and hourly ivvalante $27 per hour ivvali antha iche position company lo emi ledhu.......so we are terminating your employment ani. please suggest me couple of things...... 1. job pothe enni roju time untadhi inko job chesukotaniki ? 2. core nunchi software ki velthe H1 transfer ki emaina problem avthunda......?

god father Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 boss 1st nuvvu manager daggariki po and tell him as a request it is ok with my current pay if possible i can also take pay cut please do not terminate me as of now ani cheppi choodu just bcos you asked hourly ala ayi untadi anipisthundi nuvvu request cheyyi your manager can then may be try to get back .............if you have done commendable work in the past make sure to remind him of that achievement...............you should try this before you listen to all this 1/2 knowledge suggestions!!! it always risky not having a job while on H1!!!

Undochu ante edho oka job chusukovachu either core or software. core lo kuda jobs vache chances unnai kani vallu at least 2-3 weeks ayina theesukuntaru process antha avtaniki.... Absolutely na mistake emi ledhu.......there are few reasons. Nenu monday adiga, thuesday vere friend ki (indian) job vachindi, wednesday 2 week pettadu, competitor company ki velthunnav kabatti immedietely employment terminate chestham, this is going to be your last day annaru, adhe company lo vere friend (he is also india) ki kuda job vachindi thanu kuda raise gurinchi adigadu on wednesday. so andaru indians ki H1B ki pay cheyali, then greencard, rises anni alochinchi indians andari paina bad impression vachinattundi......so they fired me because they are paying me more as per salary.
