iamlegend Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 my honest opinion you should have thought 2 steps ahead before seeing your manager, 1.search for job in ur field 2.search for job in a pre learnt software field .....when you are married you cant take steps that randomly like opt guys....best suggestion try ft as chemist in another company if you worked for 2 years you should be having atleast some contacts in ur thing call them try them dont show desperateness be strong you will do this,...have fun 1

Chivariki ardam ayyindi entante, present employer nannu fire cheyaledhu, lay off chesadu. Ee roju morning ma competitor nunchi offer letter vachindi same location lo and H1B transfer fee kuda valle pay chesthunnaru.......i also got a call from my present employer to collect the last check, ma company vise president ma division manager (who laid me off) ki ninna call chesi adigadanta enduku theesesarani, emi write up kuda lekunda theesesaru ani, immedietely vere location lo theesukommani, so ma division manager nannu adigadu Houston ki vellatam ok na ani, but nenu already competitor company offer letter sign chesi pampinchanu.....so finally every thing is going well. But since i was laid off i am not having to pay that. Present unna managers kuda vere job kosam help chesaru after this happened, but i didnt understand why did they lay me off when the business is booming. But eventually what ever happened is good for me, ippudu vachina company lo shift work untundi kani pay ekkuva vasthundi, just in case i want to go to the previous company they always keep the doors open for me.
