[*]3+ years of hands-on experience in and understanding of network [b]technologies such as TCP/IP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP[/b]
[*]Good understanding of IT security practices and single sign-on technologies
[*][b]5+ years of experience[/b] in administering and maintaining [b]Windows Server operating systems[/b]. Experience with Linux is a plus
[*][b]3+ years of experience[/b] with [b]web servers and infrastructure[/b] such as [b]Apache, IIS, and Tomcat[/b]
[*]Experience with system and application log management tools such as syslog and Splunk
[*]2+ years of experience in administering and managing multi-tier COTS applications
[*]Strong and current experience in administering and using application point monitoring tools such as eHealth, Sitescope, and SCOM
[*]Experience in administering and using application performance management tools
[*]Working knowledge and experience with the following database products: MS SQL and Oracle
[*][b]Experience in shell scripting with PERL, PowerShell, and UNIX shells[/b]
[*]Experience working in an IT operations (NOC) type environment
