On an average enni MPTC members untaru oka Mandal Parishad ki....

yeah MPTC are direct elections party gurthu paina nilapadthav ani they vote for you... Generally couple of Villages may be 4 villages ayithe oka MPTC ni ennukuntaru... on an avg 700 MPTCs untaru District ki

Mandal --> ZPTC (elected by MPTC's)

Mandal( ZPTC) --> will be elected my MPTC's from thevillages in that mandal.....
