Visa Status ....need Your Help

Hello friends,
naa friend oka chemistry lab lo H1 visa pina full time job chesthunnadu.stamping ki india velladu,and it is done and he is back. ninna sudden ga vaalla manager nee position thesesthunnam,we dont need you any more annadanta with out any notice.so ninnane thana job poindhi.

Questions:
1.after he lost his job,how long can he stay legally in states?(he is on H1 and stamping is done).

2.can any of IT consultancies offer him H1 trasnfer and what are the risks involved?

please help.....thank you.

when you apply for transfer you need documents stating that he has skills and you need to convince that approver
otherwise he might get rejected bro
