[/quote] in this case it doesn't work neither team members nor mgr r in his favor so...if he complains on mgr they will talk to other team members then other team members will complain on him ... at least he needs one support ...looks like it is not there he got the problem with other team members as they r behaving not on par his thinking/ comfort level may be age gap also an issue If u want to continue working in IT and specially in USA ..better look ur way than confronting unless u r 100% right of what ur doing Mgr edo team member tho joking Oo sarasam Oo adi nachhaledu ante ela?
