two diff approaches

i)Submit notarized documents by your Dad and mom saying you were born on that day ,in lieu of birth certificate

ii)Go to ur pachayat/muncipality and they will give you a letter that your birth wasnt registered and take that and with ur 10th class certificate get a new one

mostly dob...original dob different untai..inka nuvvu puttinadhi vere date ani marchipo inkaa...
to get dob certificate....district head quarters lo edho application untadhi...adhi fill chesi...10th marks memo attach chesi...vallu verify chesi istaru..chala mandhi tip ivvadam thappadhu..if you are asking some else to apply....it takes lot of time though

1989 taravata puttina vallaki birth certificate compulsary....bhayya....
