It will take a generation for that...cultural interest ni view point lo pettukunte better not to invite migrants from Western countries ( vallu kooda raru singapore ki ani na assumption ) ! Anyways , China ane pedda country ni monitor chyeatam anedi herculean task compared to monitoring a minnow country like Singapore...You can assume how synchorized the govt hierarchy should be inorder to do that and the effort they put !

westeners are the largest migrants in singapore since 2005 .....only elite class like investors,bankers etc
