Need a suggestions from you guys..

Maa employer GC file chesadu and naku labor approval 2012 May ki vachindhi. But vadu naa gc file chesindhi 1st company name tho and my h1 holds on 2nd company which is my second company's reputation is very good and first company's reputation is so bad.

Meeru cheppandi edhaina way vuntundha naa gc labor ni 2nd company name ki change chesukuovatniki as i do not want to transfer my h1 to first company.

So, mean to say priority date miss avvakunda labor ni second company ki trnasfer portability option vuntundha ani..

a second company different aa, coz they have DBA certification to run on other name , so it doesn't matter for you if thats the case , oka vela 2 seperate companies with different reg and all then makes diff

Jujubi bro.. second company name different and owned my same employer 1st on his name and second on his wife name ..
