P.S. I am not a DBA guy, is this something DB guys will take care of or just any other developer ?

Db admin panni u cannot drop or create a synonym unless its granted to you.

(In my case, its a view),,,,,,, so adi query chesaaka ila undi data:
Owner :Public
Synonym_Name : 'MY_TABLE'
Table Owner : Sysadm
Table Name : 'MY_TABLE'
DB_Link : Blank

so next nenu cheyalsina pani ento cheppu,,,,,,, thank you !
