jathin Posted July 16, 2013 Report Posted July 16, 2013
Dec lo kondam ani planning.... edi manchidi ipudu india
First decide if you need to buy Petrol (or) Deisel version: This selection depends on various factors like how many miles/km you would be driving on a daily/monthly basis. Also depends if they are self driving or gonna hire a CAR driver. Budget: Low budget cars: Alto/Santro - 3 to 3.5 Mid segment: Dzire, Hyundai, Nissan (Toyata/Honda-Lower versions) (6.5 to 8 lakhs) Maruti Ritz is also good but not all people like the shape (4.9 to 5 lakhs Petrol version) - 1 lakh more for diesel versions. Personally I like Maruti (Swift - DZire) Note: Only if your buying this for your parents: The reason because it spacious(more room space for elderly people), low maintenance, good milege, affordable price (6.43 Lakhs Petrol and mid version(VX)). This is out of the door price includes insurance, road tax etc.. More over maruti service center exists in almost in every towns. Also Servicing costs and off market/Original spare parts are available at very affordable. Where as Honda, Toyota, Nissan there are very few service centers. Example: There are no service centers in GNT for Honda, Toyota and Nissan. We had to go to VJW. The spare parts and servicing costs are very expensive (Rs 8 to 12K). FYI: Both my parents and in-laws own Swift Dzire since past 2 and half years. No regrets at all.
