ninna maa roomie kuda try chesadu for status, he was not getting anything. Tharvatha akkada application reference number or passport number avvamani undhi, after so many tries he gave both them and it wrked. so try giving both of them and hope it wrks for you

after calling couple of times and waiting in queue for couple of minutes i was ablet o get in touch with an agent, she told me she doesn't have an update on the record and asked me to call her again tomm
