Nuvvu cheppindhi 100% right.. Naku telisina friends wives (mostly GCs ) andharu SAP BO ne..Don't go by billing..Learn something which is tough to learn...so meeku market lo value vuntundhi..

I am an oracle apps tech fun consultant..as per my exp you can try switiching to oracle functional...find some one who can help you with *****..and support in job..okka 6 months chesthe nuvve set avutha..niku elagina business thelusu kabbatti you can manage..trust me come to oracle....I am a technical guy but ..i suggest you to get some help from functional guy who can clear ***** and support for intial period...
