My current status is CAP-GAP..my H1B is approved, which would start at OCT 1st 2013. Client has offered me full time. Can Client apply for the H1B transfer before OCT 1st...?? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know your opinions..i will act based on the responses that I would get here.... Many Many many Many thanks

The max you can do is 1) make them wait till October 2nd and then apply for H1 Transfer. 2) Tell the Client you are on contract with your employer for two or three more months and then apply H1 Transfer 3) Mee employer neeku baaga close aitey vaadni ela golaa oppinchukoni make him not to revoke ur h1, and in your cap-gap move to your client by explaining the whole scenario... Once you explain all this they wont be likely to do a sponsership because of all the confusion. so this is a very bad idea. So all you can do is, wait till October 1st and file for a Transfer. Suggestion given out of personal experience..
