[/quote] dude, I have been in this same situation.. you cannot transfer a H1 that is not started yet. Inka evaru em cheppina lite teesko.. follow my 2 suggestions I gave above.. Good Luck

First asalu mee company EB2 lo chestunda GC or EB3, payscale negotiations ivi anni start chey... it will take some time. By then October 1st will be there... Nee employer nee h1 hold chestu untey he has to pay taxes. Why will he do that, when you are not working for him. He will revoke it day 1(all consultancies will do this). I confirmed this with an attorney before, since I had to leave a FT at that time because of this same reason that I cannot transfer the H1... No Offense...
