Things do happen every where nothing unusual

but in india
#1 Same things(mistakes/wrong) keep on happens no steps to counter even after happens repeatedly
#2 When every one of us are saying RIP RIP RIP
there politicians and police trying hard to make sure culprtis are Scot free and nothing happens to them
can you pl help us whom to blame for this? USA , China or PAK

can you pl provide who all were arrested and under what sections
