Kakateyudu Posted July 17, 2013 Report Posted July 17, 2013 'X' ane client ki working nenu for the past 2.3 years, now as per the client rules no contractor can work more than 2500 hours ani edo rule vundhi, vere teams managers are over riding that rule to make their contractors work there for even long term, ma manager kotha ga manager ayyadu so telidhu ela cheyyochu ani.... so ma lead dwara nenu cheppincha manager ki ela cheyyochu anta ani, so he said he will talk to other managers on how to extend me further.... naku ala extend cheyyochu ani telise mundhi vere interview attend ayya, vallu confirm chesaru monna monday and accept chestunnano ledo aa roje cheppamannaru(pay is $8 more than what i make now), kani aa roju na current manager off lo vunnadu so ma lead kuda em cheppalekapoyyadu whether they can extend me here... in that process ma lead cheppadu that they are opening a FT position in our team and i m a perfect fit for that but mude assurance ichi aasha chupalenu ani.... in order for me to stay here and accept that FT if they offer me they need to extend my contract here... but vere positon vallu confirm cheyyamante chesesa 29th vasta ani, eppudu current client 29th vaddu 5th pettuko antunnaru but other client 29th ye kavali maku antunnaru.. final ga kastam meda ni istam inka annadu current client...... eppudu final ga question enti ante.... lets say ma manager next week vachi niku ekkade extend chestunnam ani chepthe, should i stay here to grab that FT position if they offer me(pay ithe FT telsu kada may i need to take nearly 30% cut from what i get now and manaki istaro ledu confirmation ledu but i m the front runner ani matram chepparu) or vere position vachindhi pay kuda ekkuve kada jump kotteyala ? nenu stamping ki vellali in less than an year.. new position vallu client letter istam annaru vendor cheppadu but ma employer tho eppati varaku okkadu kuda stamping ki vellaled asalu not able to decide.... . please

BTW..these days i din't hear many complaints on stamping renewal. It doesn't matter if no one has gone for stamping with your employer or not. Infy,wipro, tcs ki kuda bochudanni rejections ayyayi. Don't wait for uncertain things...

Go to new job... tell ur mgr...since i am not supposed to continue after 2K Hr i prefer to go to another job and i will come back after 3 months then i will be start as new ..ani cheppu safe side if u don't like new job then keep in touch with old one ...and try to get back ... if u like new job then continue there
