Vallaki confirm chesina that 2 weeks lo join aitha ani and client ki cheppeshna like i got a new project ani. sudden ga next day ma lead ochi....inko 3 months extend chesthe untava ani adigindhi(may be inkaa extend avvochu but 3 months aithe pakka anadhi). Na stamping plans cheppina...so anni letters istha anaru..... So baaga aalochinchina couple of days then... Decided to stay with current client for reasons like: change aithe H1 Ammendment cheyinchaali(heard that H1 3 years unte client letter ni batti 1year kuda avochu ani...but not sure on this) idhe client meedha unapud H1 ochindhi kabatti stamping pakka anaru client change aithe ammendment, leave etc etc tho stamping delay aithundochu Place baaga nachindhi so move avalani lekunde. inka idhe client tho undi stamping ki went and done successfully. Nee case lo...main thing you should know is : Extend avthadho avvadho!! avakapothe unadhi pothadhi unchukunnadhi pothadhi....so try if you can extend joining date at new client untill you know the status if your main concern is Stamping, then let them know abt your plans and see wat they say talk to your employer(if you decided to go with new client) regarding Ammendment(most of the employers lite antaru so confirm chesko)
