not sure but h1 vachinaka i-797 lo malla kotha i-94 untadi kada adi inka ni school lo unnaid or present i-94 match avvadu anukuna better wait till oct and then get it renewed but lets wait n see wat others say

USCIS-SAVE program ani edho undhi. DMV has to open a case with USCIS to get most recent immigration details/status of yours.

It would take 1 month of time to get the details from this program.
Once DMV gets this information, they will inform you to apply for the DL.
So DMV vallane pattuku tirugu.. case open chesi... case number ivvamani cheppu....
Number ivvamu ani antaaru... but try to get it... if the process is taking long time, you can contact USCIS field office with the case number to speed up the process.
