Passport Expiring - Visa Extn

Naa passport inko 3 months lo mataash ayyipotundhi Oct lo...
H1 Visa Jan varaku undhi,
Current client daggara contract Nov ki ending. Extend chestaado ledho teleedhu.

Passport renew ki problem ledhu kaani... recent gaa BLS ani oka tokka gaadiki outsource chesaaru..
Vaado pedha waste... no tracking.. no working phone numbers..no response... average 3 months padutundhi ani bayata talk...

I am planning to apply H1 with the current client next month.
So same passport tho visa extn chesthe... passport less time lo expire ayyipotundhi ani lolli emanna pedataadaaa?

Advise....

VFS ayyithe.. eppatikappudu updates vastunde... BLS is slow anta... as per trackitt reviews..

Main question: Passport soon expire avutunte... visa extn appudu .. aa reason tho emanna bokka pedataadaaa?

your visa will be only renewed if you have valid passport for that period.. my brother had smae issue.. returend back to india.. renewd the passport later applied for extension and came back.. he works for tcs

When I meant Visa, I am not referring about going to India for the stamping etc...
I have no plans to go to India for next 2 years....

stampnig dhi vere story.. nenu cheppindhi visa extension only h1b..so you have to get stamping too since you will be going india to get it extended.....

embassy lo cheyochu anukunta.. but it is only before 6 months something... naaku sareega gurtuledhu

Naaku answer dorikindhi... minimum 6 months validity unte ne Visa extn ki apply cheyyali...

Bhaiya...I was in the same situation....Expiring in April and applied for US Visa interview in Canada on May21. So it is better to renew and then go for Visa.. I applied for renewal in SFO and got back in 2.5 weeks. 10 years vachindi and Canada tourist visa kuda 10 years vachindi.

Please let me know if you need any more information.
