but unfortunately, naa H1 approval notice ade 1-797 form poindi.........adi kanipistaledu.....photocopy undi lawyer daggara ante...........

ippudu e photo copy tho pote stamping aithada....leka amina kirkiri pedthada.................

duplicate apply cheste min 3 months padtundata ravadaniki...............

evarina photocopy tho velli visa attend aina vallu unnara....................ippudu enti naa paristhiti............

please help........

I think you can request a duplicate from USCIS right.
you can request one now, when your employer receives it he will send it to india?

lawyer ni adigite photo copy is sufficient ani antundi.....but bayata murthy forums lo chuste its a must antunnaru.............

malli okkadu kuda dorakatledu ela photocopy tho vellinavadu atleast vachindo ledo telustadi ante...

i can do that bro...but adi vachevaraku visa ki vellakunda unde situation kadu...next month visa ki vellali.....ippudu edi kanipistaledu.....chi jeevitham

just a note: all h4's will go to visa stamping by only carrying xerox copy of h1 kada?

Call your employer and ask him how long will it take to receive a duplicate copy

i797A for visa is a must dude... you cannot attend with a photo copy for sure.. 100 % confident answer... just apply and wait and mean while look for the old if u can find... nothing else to do....
