Self confidance kavali, edhi matladina bold ga gattiga matladu u will automatically get it and talk to ppl in english.

I had to lodge a complain after you beat me.

Just read some books. Don't read Indian english authors like chetan bhagat.. Try Stephen Fry's books, Any UK author will do. you'll notice the change after you finish a few books.

somehow I think watching videos isn't going to help, if you have trouble with grammar and sentence structuring. It has to come through reading books only.

It's my opinion though.
