threadmill meda interval training ani chusa biyya....ade chestunna..oka 1.5months nundi no use..............

Get a trainer
they will take care of it
or
you can do it by your self


You need to eat right
you need to excercise properly,,,this should be based on your age/height/weight

only eating will not change, you may loose weight upto few lbs
thats it man
