In a bizarre case of murder being dressed up as suicide for the Telangana statehood cause has come to light in Mahaboobnagar district.

The case has evoked a wide sense of outrage in political circles.

An engineering student, Vinod, died under mysterious circumstances near Pondur village in Kollapur Mandal of Mahaboobnagar district last night.

It was first projected as a case of suicide for the Telangana cause.

In fact, the local media reported that the youth was frustrated over the delay in formation of separate Telangana state and thus took his own life.

However, later on investigation, it emerged that it was a case murder and that somebody cleverly spread the word that it was a case of suicide.

The Kollapur Inspector of Police Giri Babu revealed that Vinod was brutally murdered and his body was burnt in the open field at Pondur village.

The culprits cleverly manipulated the prevailing political mood to create an impression that the youth took his life for the statehood cause. The post mortem report clearly established that it was a murder, the police said.

Its just tip of an iceberg....less than 10% of what is projected are suicides for separate TG.

the rest of them died either sick or Suicide for a different reason or projected as suicide....
