you take them to the registration place and they will issue the certificate. You need to visit the place when the issuing officer is there so you both can be present at the time of this happened

marriage function hall nundi letter, marriage pics(tali katevi.. dandalu marchevi,etc..) mee iddari passports.. 3 non-family members for proof, both sides nundi wedding invitation cards.. these are good enough... +500-1000 registar ki cash iste.. aaipotundi
