I dont know hw old are you. ...i dont knw what is your best bet......Europe is under severe recession....They wont help...
if u r not old.....try considering going to australia, new zealand etc...But hanging around afdb doest get u there...u need to do research online and find some friends over there to help u get there..One thing if u try u will get there.

my suggestion go to singapore with 3 months visa (u must have some 1 there to help for ur boarding and job help consultancies) and try for a job and if u get a job in 3 months then u can change to job visa companies will bear visa fees. If u get a job with 2 years experience u can get starting salary with 4500 ringets(1 ringet=48rs) to 7000 ringets. Staying and all needs ki mostly 1000-1500 ringets avutayi sharing lo , no tax there. easy ga 2500-3000 migutayi neku. plus air tickets cheap for u frm india

ya it is an easy way but mana friends/relatives spare us for 3 months and best consultancy kuda teliyali akada di.we can easily save 1 lakhs to 5 lakhs easily
