That won't be possible because the normal quota is long full.
The OP's application WILL get denied. There is NO way around that.
And every lawyer worth his or her money would have known that before filing. It has been known for at least a year that USCIS is enforcing the rules nowadays.
For an H1 application in the Advanced Degree quota, the advanced degree absolutely has to be from an accredited, public or non-profit private university [size=6](that covers universities like Stanford or Harvard).[/size] Using a degree from a shady, barely accredited institution like Stratford is not possible. Yet another reason to avoid these shady institutions.
People who want to get an advanced degree should go to a public university. Cheaper, and better education. And avoids all these issues.[/size]
