Best, format the hard drive with fat32 and it should work

yes it will work with both OS.

windows machine unte, daniki connect chesi, aa drive ni right click cheste format option vastundi....akkada FAT32 select chesuko instead of NTFS.......remember you will lose everything on that drive when you format it...so better take a back up before the format

if your hard drive is new go to disk utility in your mac and format the drive to fat32 and then you can copy to and from. if you have data in it it will be erased so make sure you have it all backed up.

Aite ms-dos format lo cheyi, file size limit undadu... Unlike fat-32 which has 4 gb fil size limit.
