[font=inherit]I've been to India. It's a beautiful country, and wonderful people by in large. It's problem comes into play when its population has far exceeded its ability to provide basic services. India has too much catching up to do, and all of its civil services are way too far behind to make sure things like this don't happen, provide basic hygenic services, etc.[/font]
